2. Strict No-Refund Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the instant access and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks and digital content on Califraser.com are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. For UK and EU customers, because you explicitly consent to immediate delivery upon checkout, you waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel. For US and all other international customers, all transactions are strictly final and non-refundable upon completion of payment.
- Chargebacks and Disputes: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and explicitly agree that you waive the right to request a refund for any reason, including change of mind, device incompatibility, or accidental purchase. We actively track and record all digital delivery and download logs provided by Payhip.
